HOW DO I GET A QUOTATION?
Send a clean set of prints, samples if available and annual quantity to be quoted to our website address or mail to our address.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE?
Just about all materials are available, including ductile, gray and malleable irons, alloy and stainless steels, aluminum, zinc, bronze, titanium, plain carbon and super alloys.
CAN I GET MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS?
Yes. We get material specs for all our raw material. We certify the material from independent labs. or you can download material conversion here in terms of a various standard as a reference
WHAT KIND OF PLATING DO YOU OFFER?
We offer zinc, chromate, chrome, oxide, etc.
CAN PARTS BE PAINTED?
Yes. We offer baked powder coat and liquid spray.
HOW DO YOU AVOID RUST?
We can coat parts with a light oil or weather proof anti-rust bag, like VCI, PVC bag etc.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES BEYOND THE QUOTED PRICES?
No. We pay all the import duties, freight, insurance, packaging, etc.
DO WE HAVE TO ARRANGE THE SHIPPING?
No. We handle all shipping directly to your door per your delivery time table.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME FOR TOOLING AND FIRST PRODUCTION ORDER?
Tooling lead time is 45 days. Production lead time is 4 weeks after sample approval.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
It is the same as domestic manufacturers. If the part is wrong we will replace it free of charge, any re-work must be authorized by LIC for you to be re-imbursed.
